职责:
- 带领店铺完成销售,达到营业指标;
- 负责店面的全面管理,包括货品库存盘点、陈列、人员管理等;
- 完成要求的各类报表。

要求:
- 3-5年奢侈品零售或星级酒店工作经验,其中至少有1年管理经验;
- 拥有良好的销售意识,服务和管理的技巧,良好的沟通能力;
- 能积极努力地达成销售指标;
- 乐于帮助顾客,细心周到,行为耐心有礼,能承受压力;
- 有基础的计算机操作能力,进行日常销售数据的输入工作;
- 有团队合作精神;
