职责:
- 带领店铺完成销售，达到营业指标；
- 负责店面的全面管理，包括货品库存盘点、陈列、人员管理等；
- 完成要求的各类报表。
要求:
- 3-5年奢侈品零售或星级酒店工作经验，其中至少有1年管理经验；
- 拥有良好的销售意识，服务和管理的技巧，良好的沟通能力；
- 能积极努力地达成销售指标；
- 乐于帮助顾客，细心周到，行为耐心有礼，能承受压力；
- 有基础的计算机操作能力,进行日常销售数据的输入工作；
- 有团队合作精神；
