Role Summary/Purpose

Essential Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities:

1) Develop hardware and software on existing ATE platform to support new product introduction of AC/DC Power Supply; 在现有的测试平台上开发测试夹具和程序以支持AC/DC电源类产品的新机种导入。
2) Work with Design team to improve testability of new products
工作与设计团队为改善新产品的可测性
3) Work with manufacturing team to contribute for operation excellence, continuous improvement and corporation goal making.
同整个制造团队一起，为整个团队的卓越运营，持续改善和目标达成而努力。
4) Use digital and analog circuit skills to design test fixtures and platforms.
使用数字和模拟电路的技能来设计测试夹具和平台
5) Use computer application skills to write test software code, debug, and deploy.
使用计算机应用技能来编写测试软件代码，调试和配备
6) Engaged in advanced, complex technical issue in test area， bringing in high-end test expertise.
参入测试各站位的深层次，有难度的问题的解决，提供高端的专业技术经验。

Qualifications/Requirements

1) Bachelor or above, major in Electronics Engineering is preferred.
本科或以上，电子工程专业。
2) 3 years or longer experience in Test Engineering, the experience in power supply is highly preferred.
在测试工程方面有3年或以上工作经验，有电源类工作经验这优先考虑。
3) Master in C language, VB, or other equivalent programming tools, Master in RS232, GPIB, I2C communication protocol.
精通C语言，VB或其它类似的编程工具，精通RS232，GPIB， I2C等通讯协议。
4) General knowledge of whole test process, such as burn-in, Hipot facilities and techniques.
熟悉整个测试流程和各站位应用，诸如老化，高压等。
5) Good circuit analysis skill, mastering in both analog and digital circuit.
良好的电路分析能力，要求熟悉模拟和数字电路。
6) Familiar with ATE test, such as NHR, Chroma, or any other test platform.
熟悉自动测试系统的编程和应用，诸如NHR， Chroma或其它测试平台。
7) Excellent oral and written communication skills (both English and Mandarin)

8) Teamwork and self-driven

9) Strong logical sense, practical ability, and trouble shooting skills
