岗位目的
(Position Purpose)
? Assist Maintenance manager to work out preventive maintenance scheduling and optimization Improvement.
主要职责
(Key Responsibilities)
? Update and perform the preventive maintenance of production equipment and facilities to maintain equipment efficiency per equipment specification.
? Establish preventive maintenance planning and maintenance equipment properly.
? Direct the activities of construction, installation, maintenance and development of utility systems and production equipment.
? Find out the root cause for breakdown failure and find solution to minimize the breakdown time.
? Set up the spare part stock to ensure the spare parts are available for use.
? Maintain the user manuals and maintenance document for all systems and equipment to ensure it is always available for reference and up to date.
? Provide support to technicians’ team for continuous improvement.
? Survey and report the condition of equipment and report breakdown and preventive maintenance to maintenance manager.
? Perform other duties as assigned.

核心能力及任职资格要求
(Core Competency / Qualifications Requirements)
? College or above, major in mechanical design and engineering
? Over 3 years of working experience in maintenance and at least one year of experience in a foreign enterprise
? Preferred in Auto cad designs both theory and applied.
? Computer proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, Solid Works, etc.
? Good analytical and problem solving skills.
