Mission:
Archibat HR Asia is actively looking for a talented and creative INTERIOR DESIGNER to join an INTERNATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL COMPANY for their Shanghai Office. The company offers an array of services in Architecture, Planning, Interior Design, Landscape Architecture, Project Management and Investment Control, with special expertise in Hotel and Resort Master Planning and Design.
职责：
要求：
室内设计或建筑本科及以上学历，且有室内设计项目经验者优先
5年以上室内设计经验
英语熟练
熟悉项目的概念设计，方案设计，设计拓展和扩初等阶段。有酒店项目经验者优先。
有项目管理，施工管理和工地监督相关经验
精通AutoCAD, Sketch-Up
表达能力强
擅长设计和扩初
时间合理支配能力强
领导能力强
中英文流利者优先

Requirements:
Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Interior Design or Bachelors Degree or higher qualification in Architecture WITH experience in Interior Design projects.
Minimum of 5 years experience in the field of Interior Design
Fluent in English at a professional level
Proven performance at Concept Design, Schematic Design, Design Development and Detail Design stages of projects. Experience in hospitality projects will be an advantage
Experience in project management, construction management and site supervision
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketch-Up
Excellent presentation skills
Excellent design and detailing skills
Excellent time management ability
Excellent people management skills
English and Chinese bilingual ability is an advantage
