岗位职责:

? Greet patients and check patients in; update patient’s information (including insurance information) on Trackcare.
? Figure out the payment method upon checking in based on own knowledge about third party payer.
? Ask help from pre-cert specialist whenever needed.
? Handle incoming calls; take messages and route messages to appropriate party.
? Set and maintain physician/clinic appointments.
? Assist physicians with minor issues such as scanning, copying, etc.
? Prepare medical files and insurance claim forms for direct billing.
? Maintain sufficient doctor’s name card available in the clinic.
? Assist physician and nurse on patient communication.
? Record and track on outpatient clinic activities.
? Maintain the waiting area tidy and clean.
? Check daily un-invoice report.
? Calculate medical expenses for patients according to pricing standard.
? Collect payments from patients.
? Issue receipts to patients.
? Help patients fill in claim forms.
? Follow up with incomplete claim forms.
? Give correct copies of bills to patients.
? Submit daily cash collection.
? Settle daily accounts in trackcare.
? Take care of assigned petty cash & receipts.
? Help collect outstanding balance and follow up unsettled bills.
? Help third party payers check related medical expenses.
? Help patients with cashiering related inquiries.
? Direct patients to right person for non-cashiering related inquiries.
? Other assignments by supervisor/manager.

? Ability to handle multiple tasks at one time and able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment.
? Excellent oral and written English and Chinese.
? Good computer skill.
? Professional telephone etiquette.
