1.Bachelor degree or above

2.Good English in writing and speaking

3.More than 5 years experiences in logistics & materials management, preferably in automobile industry

4.Strong skills in logistics cost analysis, network design and optimization, performance measurement reporting and problem solving.

5.Strong interpersonal communication skills

6.Good leadership skill

1.Manage and monitor weekly production plan, material purchasing plan, and customer delivery plan implementation, ensure customer delivery on time.

2. Manage and monitor inventory level, turn over rate and inventory value control.

3.Manage and monitor shipping and receiving plan to ensure proper material flow

4.Warehouse layout planning and continues improvements

5.Monitor the material movement and the stock management within plant of the raw material and the components; manage the raw material and components'''''''' stock level and control the inventory; communicate and coordinate with internal functions in order to ensure the material quality and on time deliver.

6.Be responsible for Environment Health & Safety issues in the department to meet company and local government requirements

7.Support defining ship frequency & mode on the most economical way

8.Establish logistics procedure and monitor procedure and work instruction are followed

9.Provide initiatives of logistics cost reduction. Support the activities of advanced logistics, consolidate/de-consolidate,and lean logistics network.

10.Be responsible for customer audit and external contact.

11.Familiar with AS400 system.
