Responsibilities/岗位职责：
1、负责区域内的产品销售，制定销售策略和市场规划并达到公司的销售目标和预期收益。
Responsible for the regional sales, develops a sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
2、开发新客户，并对现有客户进行有效管理。通过回访了解客户回购需求。
Responsible for developing the new customers, effective managing of present customers, and develop the repeat order through follow up visits.
3、向公司管理层提供及时的市场反馈，包括竞争者信息。
Provides timely feedback for market to senior management, including the competitors information.
4、确保销售工作报告的及时性和准确性。
Maintains timing and accurate reports of sales.
5、销售费用的控制。
Controls expenses.
6、拥护公司的政策，工作流程和职业道德，并确保在销售团队贯彻和执行。
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

职位要求Qualifications and Experience：
1、4年以上机械产品或相关行业销售管理经验。
Over 4 years of experience in sales management in mechanical products market similar or related business.
2、丰富的销售和市场经验以及销售的方法和技能。
Plenty of experience in sales and Marketing, Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting and selling.
3、优秀的沟通能力、自我管理能力、团队合作能力，及较高责任感
Excellent Communication Skill, Self-management skill, team player and high responsibilities.
4、能够胜任经常出差，并能承担较大工作压力。
Willingness to travel and work under stress.
