岗位职责:
1．负责建立和完善人事行政管理的各项规章制度，并负责监督、执行与追踪；
2．负责日常行政工作的开展和管理；
3．负责人力资源招聘、培训、薪资、绩效考核、劳动关系等各项工作的开展；
4．负责协助总经理进行市场调研、市场策划和推广活动的进行。

岗位要求：
1．大专以上学历，市场营销、工商管理或相关专业；
2．3年以上人事行政工作经验，1年以上主管岗位经验，有销售公司相关职位经验优先；
3．良好的沟通协调能力、问题分析和解决能力，有工作激情；
