职位描述：
主要职责及权限
Essential Function
根据项目进展与各部门及客户初步确定物流规划的信息流及物料流，包括运输路线、客户订单方式、客户要货方式等.
Working with each dept and customer to draft out the information flow and material flow based on the progress of project, including: define transportation route, the mode of customer purchasing order and call-off
协同内部及外部通过设计及验证完成产品及零部件的包装方案
Design and validate the plan of packaging for raw material and finished products with both internal and external effort.
按要求与供应商完成物流绩效说明，及客户的物流协议
According to the requirement of Logistic, creat and finsih the LA.
与采购、生产和其他公司合作为正式生产前期的需求提供物料及支持
Work together with Purchase, Production, and other companies to supply material for meeting various demand before SOP.
确保采购预测、定购和运输按时完成
Issue purchase forecast, purchase order and follows up the delivery date to ensure material procurement on time

素质要求
Qualification Requirements

根据主生产计划制定物料需求计划，并对物料计划的执行情况进化监督和控制 2.对缺料进行有效跟踪，确保生产计划按时完成 3.负责超计划用料的初审，并向上级提供相关分析报告 4.负责物料实际耗用情况的统计与分析，查找原因并制定解决办法 According to master production plan material requirements planning, and materials planning the implementation of supervision and control of evolution 2. For lack of material to effectively track, ensure production plan to finish 3. Responsible for overruns materials of first trial, and provide relevant analysis report to the superior 4. Responsible for the material of the actual consumption statistics and analysis, find the reason and make a solution
