Here's the JD:

Responsibilies
1. Quality representative for Supplier Quality activities, both troubleshooting/CAPA and continuous improvement initiatives.
2. Develop, maintain and improve our customer's supplier management program while assuring alignment and supporting customer Supply Chain Organization initiatives and policies.
3. Determine strategies for continuous improvement in supplier quality and supply chain metrics.
4. Manage supplier's corrective actions system (investigation, documentation and implementation of corrective action and the verification of their effectiveness).
5. Design and/or specify inspection methods, tools, and test equipment to ensure product quality and design integrity are appropriately maintained. Also implements appropriate inspection sampling plans using statistical methods.
6. Coordinate the disposition of non-conforming raw material
7. Review and approve changes to supplier related documents (procedures, drawing, etc.)
8. Perform component qualifications, risk assessments, and first article inspections (as required) prior to the supplier implementing and/or performing the change.
9. Participate in supplier's design review, product validation, design verification, Risk Management plans/reports (DFMEA, PEMEA)
10. Perform risk analyses for existing and new raw materials/components 11. Develop and conduct statistically designed experiments to determine sources of material/component variability so that product is maintained or improved.
12. Monitor and assure customer's supply chain activity and procedure set is compliant to quality and regulatory standards. Including some FDA standards, and ISO 13485 regulation.
13. Support customer's Supplier Quality Management initiatives.
14. Complete any additional assignments and assume any additional responsibilities as directed by supervisor or company management.
15. Follow all applicable laws, regulations, company procedures, rules, policies, and the company handbook at all times. Perform all tasks and conduct all business honestly and ethically. Report any violations immediately to management.
16. Take prompt action to prevent, mitigate, or remedy any legal, ethical, policy, or code of conduct violation or potential violation and provide a detailed and objective report on any issues to supervisor immediately.
 

Requirements
1.EMS/OEM/ODM工厂背景管理过塑胶产品供应商或注塑厂QE；跟过塑胶模具，有塑胶产品经验
2.At least 8 years' experience in all levels’ supplier quality management or QE experience
3.Proven knowledge in manufacturing process of variety of components and final assembly of electronic products.
4.High level proficiency with MS Excel is required.
5.Experience using multiple quality improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques to drive significant change and improvement.
6.Experience in corrective action program, root cause analysis and basic statistics.
7.Flexibility and desire to quickly adapt to new methods, situations, and various requirements.
8.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9.Project management experience is desirable.
