Objective of Role
- Implement GC Property & Asset Management training strategy
- Work closely with PAM Head to ensure high quality customer service at all times for all staff
Accountabilities
- Prepare training materials, training kit and roll out the courses
Key Performance Indicator
- Per target training effectiveness – training hours per person, training spend per person, comprehension, behavioural change, ROI
- Client satisfaction score
- Productivity enhancement (per KPI)
- Quality measurements e.g. 0 Critical Incidence
- Talent Retention score
- Performance standards
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- University degree or professional qualification in Housing Management or Hotel Management
- No less than 4 years experience in property management or hotel training delivery experience
- Experience in design and delivery of training in sizable organization ideally with exposure to variety of programs
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with proficiency in English
- Independent, pro-active, strong interpersonal, presentation and facilitation skills
- Demonstrated ability and confidence to develop and manage collaborative stakeholder relationships at all levels, both internal and external to the Firm
