Definition of major tasks/responsibilities

1. Task/Responsibility: Document Management/Data Exchange Time Exposure in %: 0
Short Description:
? Handling of the technical product documentation (TPD) for development and production-specific requirements
? Build up CAD folder structure for CAD documented and engineering design and standard work storage.
? Work with customer for data transfer documents.
? Transfer and download of data by SFTP, OpenDXM or any other customer tool.
? Documentation of transferred data according to data transfer procedure.
? Contact person to customer for data transfer issues and technical support
? Support of module group and project for data management topics

2. Task/Responsibility: Release & Change Management Time Exposure in %:
Short Description:
? Works with customer define the engineering change management process, work as consultant to support engineering during the change management process.
? Planning and operational implementation as well as deployment of data sharing and documentation scope
? Tracking and Reporting Engineering Change Requests and Change Orders
? Support project management to track release status and act as data release rep. to share and present the data release status to project committee.


3. Task/Responsibility: Product Data Management Time Exposure in %:
Short Description:
? ? Transfer of CAD-data from Teamcenter to customer PLM/PDM Systems vice versa
? Responsible for the data integrity of the Bill of Material that passes from Team Center to the PDM system from customer.
? Key user for both TC and customer PDM system, develop training documents to train end user and project team members.
? Updating the customers (PDM) product data management system include BOM, vehicle structure ,workflow according to their requirements
? Work close with engineer to make sure customer PDM system data integrity and follow the customer standard.
? Support end user and engineer to resolve PDM system issues, provide guides to engineers on working under the customers PDM system.


  
4. Task/Responsibility: BOM Management Time Exposure in %:
Short Description:
? Maintain Vehicle Part Partition Structure
? Understand and Document key definitions in vehicle BOM
? BOM/CAD alignment check and review
? BOM quality check from completeness, logic perspective
? Ensure a timely and accurate EBOM is released from Product Development to the wider internal and external business, by communicating with engineers and interpreting/analyzing relevant documents;
? Monitor general BOM quality and completeness throughout program and proactively address potential issues;
? Organize and run internal BOM reviews ahead of customer freeze/build points to ensure BOM is of a high quality and aligns with engineering intent
? Run error reports, missing data reports & alignment reports daily, coordinating with engineers to resolve errors and misalignments promptly 举报 分享
