职位描述：
We are looking for a Head of Government Affairs & Communication who will lead NZ Government Affairs & Communication team in China. The successful candidate will strategically partner with the government and key stakeholders to build impact for long term business success. You will engage with Chinese regulators clarifying on regulatory policy, promoting timely product approvals. Also, you will drive a portfolio of multi-disciplinary government affairs programs to impact public awareness and political decisions. In addition, you will secure NZ freedom of operation in all locations in China by 100% compliance of fast changing and upgraded requirements. Last but not least, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with standards for transparency and ethics in lobbying activities.

The works will include,
? Develop and implement public affairs and government affairs strategy and plan to support business development in selected business sectors.
? Lead in strategic review and implementation of upgraded compliance requirements from government on safety, environment, regulatory and financial sectors etc.
? Build and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders e.g. senior government officials and political advisors to maximum business expansion. Strong relation with Ministry of Agriculture (MOA) is preferred.
? Develop and manage an impactful influencing strategy and effective legitimate route with key decision makers, government and NGOs. Advise Novozymes’ management on policy issues and advocacy strategy.
? Contribute to Novozymes’ wider strategic objectives including in business development, innovation and communication.

In this position you need to have:
? Master’s degree or above
? Proven track record in national opinion building and political relations
? Strong knowledge of China policy-making and decision-making processes and how to gain access to and influence these
? 10+ years of public affairs work in an international context
? Leadership experience from a commercial company combined with experience from a political environment, or as external advisor
