The Reporting Line
Report to: Language Center Director
Subordinate: N/A
Position Summary
Be part of Scheduling and Customer Service team to help provide professional service to all Berlitz internal and external clients.
Responsibilities
? In charge of language course coordination and daily schedule confirmation
? Assisting Course Consultant and teachers to follow up service to customer
? Handling different phone calls and transferring to related person in charge, doing all reception work
? Assisting maintain good working environment, including ordering and managing suppliesfor office daily use
? Other Admin work assigned by supervisor
Qualification
? Bachelor degree at least, admin background preferred.
? Good command of English in listening, speaking, reading, writing. Good computer skills-including Microsoft Office and Microsoft Outlook
? Tidy mind at work, excellent communication skills, and strong sense of responsibility
? Ability to handle multiple tasks and pressure
? Working experiences in MNC is a plus

? 有外企或大型企业行政或前台工作经验者优先。
