职位描述：
Responsible for:
? Fully responsible for office administration management
? Coordinate with departments to improve and maintain an excellent work environment
? Establish and implement administration procedures
? Monitor and maintain the proper use of company property to ensue effective office facility supply
? Implement and control administrate flow cost and internal order and monthly payment for general affairs ( Office supply ,courier ,air tickets, visa )
? Cooperate with sourcing for admin related contract negotiation
? Supervise Purchasing activities including daily usage to ensure cost reduction as required
? Establish Beijing & Shanghai office budget based on last year consumption and next year projection
? Track on the admin budget and always under control
? Coordinate with safety leader to guarantee office safety
? Keep office in the safe mode all the time
? Record door badge and keep the balance to comply with safety standard
? Manage first aid box for the office
? Monitor and supervise cleaners ,Receptionist and drivers to solve the problem as required
? Expatriate relocation arrangement including: accommodation, transportation, visa, working permits, residence permits, visa, moving and daily related service support
? Strictly abide by leasing process
? Aligned with USA for ECM contracts management
? Timely update to USA for apartment and car info
? Cooperate with internal and external audit about admin related issues
? Support the company activities as need
? Keep advise on employees visa
? Find solution as any admin related issues comes up 举报 分享
