职位描述：
SKILL GROUP: Account Receivable

ROLE TITLE : Account Receivable Accountant

ROLE PURPOSE: Ensure the accuracy of reconciliation for A/R and VAT invoicing on a timely basis
Proceed invoice data from billing team and translate it into accounting entries which is going to be imported to Navision DEI
Reconcile Daytona data flow among Navision Import and actual VAT invoicing data

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

oPerform a day-to-day monitoring and reviewing on reconciliation between Daytona data flow in DEI Navision and actual VAT invoicing data from tax team to ensure the accuracy in Navision on a timely basis.

oProcess billing data and preparing import file to DEI Navision for contracts managed outside Daytona (Translate billing data into accounting entries, complete the import file based on the template of DEI Navision)

oEnsure all VAT invoices issued for current month are booked into Navision before monthly closing deadline.

oMaintain Customer management module in Navision, including customer creation and reconciliation with Daytona

oCoordinate with other teams for cancelled and amended VAT invoice, such as billing team to amend billing data, tax team to re-issue VAT invoice.

oReconcile billing data with A/R – suspense, defer income and A/R – customer.

oPrepare accounting voucher for A/R and documentation filing VAT invoice in a proper way.





QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE:

oCollege Diploma or above


TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES:

oKnowledge of Chinese GAAP and understanding of VAT scheme
oGood accounting knowledge
oProficient computer skills (MS office Excel)
