DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description

Software programming manager fro test development



Position Responsibility

* Create test proposal according to customer test spec or product spec,
and quoting with different scenario considering the factors including
cost and reliability, pros and cons of all options.

* Take the ownership in design reviews, and make decision for the best
solution

* Take the ownership of technical leader during the test development
process, response for all technical issues from customer for internal
team.

* Take ownership on test software programming for test stations.

* Prepare and maintain documentation related to the operation of the
functional test system.



General Requirement

* Electric and Electronic Engineering graduated, Bachelor’s degree.

* Good communication in written and oral English, good English
communication with foreign customers is required.

* Master at least one of below programming languages: LabVIEW
(Preferred) / TestStand C# (Preferred) C++ VB.net Script languages:
Python, TCL, Perl etc.

* Knowledge of how to use NI TestStand.

* Strong knowledge and rich work experience in at least one of below
field (minimum 5 years): RF testing including cellular and wireless
connectivity technology (WIIF, BT, ZigBee, Z-wave etc), Image analysis
in camera/Vision products. Fiber/Optic product testing.

* Storage/Server/Networks product testing using Linux/Unix OS. Acoustic
test, including Lab testing for design validation and manufacturing test

* Capable to perform evaluation and cost analysis of Automated Test
Equipment systems, develop test strategies and test specifications,
implement the functional tests according to the defined test
requirements.

* Capable to create test proposal according to customer test spec or
even product spec Experienced to conduct test failure analysis and
implement corrective action for production and field failures.

* Knows how to improve manufacturing test efficiency and optimize
testing process flow.
