Requirement：

1) Bachelor Degree in automobile, mechanical, plastic or relative engineering

2) At least 5 years experiences with product design & development in automobile industry, tier 1 supplier is expected

3) Interiors or exteriors product design experiences are expected, plastic part painting, chroming or hot stamping experiences are preferred.

4) CAD capable for design work: CATIA or UG

5) Familiar with APQP development procedure

6) Fluent in both written and oral English, German is the plus

7) Good communication with logic thinking is expected

8) Team working & leadership, 3 years management experience is expected.

Responsibility：

1) To lead the design activities of interiors or exteriors plastic product

2) To organize and train the design team, for design activities such as CAD, CAE, DFMEA, ADV plan

3) Being responsible for design department ordinary management, such as budget control, team planning, and technology development.

4) To provide technical supports to sales team for RFQ, PM team for program development, and production/quality team for consistent improvement.

5) Working as the main window for the technical communication to OEM customer

6) Technical communicate with global R&D team
