Technical Manager技术经理（需要精通CAM软件在5轴机床和CNC加工中心上的应用,有团队管理能力）
The role: Reporting to the General Manager, the Technical Manager develops and leads the technical team of Company Shanghai to provide support to sales and marketing activities of Company Shanghai and Company reseller channel and to ensure Company Shanghai together with Company reseller channel to achieve or over-achieve company annual targets, especially annual sales target.
Responsibilities:
1. Act as the leading technical engineer to fully master Company technical solutions and knowledge and to apply them to the Chinese market
2. Organise technical resources to resolve technical issues and provide solutions to support sales growth
3. Prioritize technical tasks and relocate technical resources to support sales and marketing activities
4. Lead, manage and coach Company Shanghai and reseller engineers.
5. Report regularly with feedback of reseller and client technical requirements
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above full time education in engineering discipline, preferably mechanical engineering
2. English CET-4 or above
3. In-depth knowledge of CNC machining, CAD/CAM, including 5-axis machining, etc.
4. 10+ years CAD/CAM technical experience with track record of outstanding performance, especially hands-on CAM experience
5. 3+ years team management experience, with track record of outstanding performance
6. Excellent interpersonal skills, and management skills, etc.
7. Excellent team leader as well as team player with great moral and integrity
