Commercial Cycle Planning (Brand, Channel, S&OP & OCM linkage)
? Optimise the commercial cycle planning platform (process, tools and thinking model) to manage all A&P activations from planning to evaluation across China.
? Synergize commercial planning setup with all types of alignment and decision-making meeting (e.g. S&OP)
? Enhance the capability of the teams linkage to consumer, shopper and customer insights to drive the better quality and more effective execution
Point of Sales /Cooler Management
? As one of the biggest bucket of investment in Trade Marketing, there is a need to improve the way we approach POSMs and Coolers.
? Strategically drive all HQ and BUs to utilize POS in the right way – with focus in giving clarity to the planning, process and budget utilisation.
? Improve the management and develop the guideline for the usage of POS material.
Trade Promotion Management
? Cooperate with Finance team and Value Management team to optimise the trade promotion spending management process and across different BUs.
? Deliver the IT system, a set of multiple selling kits and management tools and reports.
Others
? Lead to communicate and coordinate with cross-functions (incl. Trade/Brand Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply chain and Procurement team) to nail down the internal alignment and implementation process.
? Support line manager on other assigned projects and tasks.
