Regular responsibilities:
1. Develop firmware/software part of products under embedded windows and DOS.
2. Be responsible for BIOS porting and debug.
3. Be responsible for WES7 porting and debug.
4. Be responsible for device driver development (code, debug and test) for DOS and WES7.
5. Follow the design process and deliver the code/document/test result with good quality on time.
6. Do maintenance for existing products with controlled quality, cost and schedule requirement.

Required educational background:
Bachelor or master degree on electronics engineering/automation control/computer engineering or science related.

Requirement of professional experience:
1. Familiarity with PC/AT H/W architecture.
2. Proficiency in C/C++ and Microsoft Visual Studio.NET application construction environment.
3. Experience with BIOS, firmware, microcontrollers or embedded systems.
4. Experience developing windows CE/Mobile or WES7 drivers, libraries and applications
5. Experience in PC power management, PC diagnostics, system monitor, system recovery
6. Experience with in-target probes, debuggers and oscilloscopes
7. Knowledge in DOS programming & debugging.
8. Knowledge in windows trouble shooting.
9. Experience in WDF, WPF, XAML programming is a plus.

Other requirements:
1. Good English communication skills both oral and written.
2. Good teamwork and interpersonal skills.
