Responsibility:
1, Set the company’s e-commerce business model for China;
2, Determine the company’s overall ecommerce strategy, develop annual plan and execute them;
3, Manage the investment in E-commerce and control the ROI
4,Develop the department’s annual budget and allocate relevant resources;
5, Set strategy for digital marketing and sales. Take ownership and management of consumer experience including design & aesthetics, content, navigation, information architecture, branding/marketing, performance, functionality of company’s e-commerce presence;
6, Ownership and management of internet marketing including social media integration
7, Ownership and management of technical infrastructure
8, Ownership and management of SEO measurements and monitoring methodologies
9,Provide e-commerce and internet marketing thought leadership, innovation and process improvement initiatives
10, Set up the e-commerce channel strategy and manage E-commerce accounts, lead and motivate the team to achieve the set targets;
Requirement:
1, Internet best practices and e-commerce success factors in China;
2,Internet Marketing best practices that result in customer acquisition, retention and growth;
3, University degree, with solid and proven successful e-commerce experience in China;
4, 5+ years’ experience in managing e business in China;
5, Ability to perform click through rate, conversion, spend and creative analysis to identify growth/optimization opportunities;
6, Ability to work independently and within a team environment;
7,Strong independent decision-making, organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
