职位描述:
Receive booking from customer
Check the relative sailing schedule and advise it to overseas
Once confirmation got from overseas ,book space with agents/ carriers
Local service with customer
Coordinate problems between carriers and customers
Also coordinate the problems between truck company / customs broker and customers
Enter shipment entry into Riege system, prepare the HBL draft
Check and confirm HBL /MBLcorrectness
Put relative Reserve figure into Riege cost control screen and keep them in balance, ensure the gross profit as accurate as it can approach the reality
Relay the shipment status and cargo details to the agent of Carrier,ensure the shipment on board smoothly
Prepare shipment invoices to customer, Prepare the payment to carrier and buy the MBL
Send pre-alert to overseas offices. Trace the shipment and report shipment status to customer and overseas offices
Book job cost (Debit note from Agents) into Riege ( PII) ,Close file
Follow up the clearance procedure
Communicate with overseas and suppliers, carrier,co-loader and othe local partners
Sales lead follow up,send booking details to oversea at the first time, get clearly instruction(including Carrier name, POL/POD,schedule, S/C no&any other important details)from overseas before shpt arrange
Created job no and place booking on time, imput GP data at the same time, have observantly sense for space problem, make sure oversea and superior will be informed if any space problem
Release SO to shpt timely, arrange trucking, Custom decare and warehouse stuffing before closing, keep overseas in posted if any delay or change
Prepare MBL confirmation/BL combination/Seaway instruction
Issue local invoice to client/cost reserve, send original invoice to client for payment
Check for on-board status, inform oversea for shpt delay/offload if any
Release HBL to client against payment
Keep in complete secrecy all confidential information received in the course of his/her duty from the Management of the company or other sources
Under any circumstances, to give a quality image of his/her belonging to the Dachser Group enthusiasm, professionalism, straightforwardness
Assisant team leader to monitor documentation staff to complete the daily jobs timely
Education:

More than 2 year working experience in sea freight forward

Language skills:

Good in spoken and written English
