？Identify, select, interview \potential new agents and distributors to develop the business of the company, in cooperation with the company headquarter. Key target areas will be decided with Sales director every quarter.
辨别，挑选，拜访潜在的代理人和经销商，与公司总部合作共同发展业务。每季度的主要目标区域，将有销售总监决定。
？Work with Sales director and Senior sales manager on implementing new products / new offers more efficiently to the sales force (e.g Feed mill offer, b2b hunting by agents)
与销售总监和高级销售经理一起向销售团队推广新产品\新政策（例如饲料厂价格政策等，代理人寻找B2B客户的政策等）
？Organize visit of the company factory for key customers, with the concerned salesman/agent and headquarter.
？与相关的业务员/代理人以及总部，共同组织重要客户参观工厂。
？Follow the sales by product, by customer / distributor. Introduce and push new products, advise distributors on what products to buy depending on their customers’ needs
？按产品、客户/经销商，分类跟踪销售状况。介绍并推广新产品，根据客户的需要，建议经销商购买什么样的产品。
？Implementation of company regulations and rules regarding market separation. Make sure agents and distributors keep price at an adequate level, and respect their area of sales
？市场划分需要遵循公司的条例与规则。确保代理人和经销商将价格保持在一个合适的层次，并遵守各自的销售区域。
？Assess actual and new distributor situation (turnover, number of employees, development capacity, weaknesses, main customers, etc.)
？对现有的以及新的经销商进行评估（营业额，员工数量，拓展能力，弱势，主要的客户等）
？Active during B2B or Ouweisu seminars (company presentation, products presentation, etc.)
积极参与B2B或者Ouweidu的研讨会（公司介绍，产品介绍等）
？Termly hold meeting with sales director to debrief both achievements and problems during working and give some advises and proposals
？定期与销售总监举行会议，汇报销售人员在工作期间的成就和问题，并提出建议和意见。
 
职位要求：Job Requirement :
 
？5-10 years of experience in a business development or market manager position inside the Feed industry. Premix experience preferred
饲料行业5-10年业务拓展经验或市场拓展经理经验，有预混料经验优先
？Will to travel often
？能够接受频繁出差
？English isn’t a requirement but could be considered as a plus
