Job Description:
- In charge of principal stores' Daily sales report ;
Checking sales quantity and amount between the report and system every day;
Follow up shop clerks to correct the report and system ASAP if any difference.
- In charge of franchisee stores' Weekly retail sales report;
Collecting last week's sales figure,and investigate any exceptional rise and fall of sales.
- Preparing franchisees payment advise according to the orders;
- Validate franchisees turnover in system and extract sales data accordingly;
- Preparing monthly invoice summary, VAT invoice timely issue;
- Preparing overseas remittance application form, checking the supporting document are in place;
- Filing works and assist to other finance colleagues.

Job Requirements:
1.College Diploma or above;
2.More than 1 year working experience in accounting function.
