Retail Banking and Wealth Management (RBWM)
Retail Banking and Wealth Management leverages HSBC’s global retail banking expertise and wealth management capabilities to deliver a broad range of world-class retail banking solutions to millions of customers. Driving for growth in key markets around the world, the business comprises areas such as retail banking, wealth management, insurance and asset management, with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels that will differentiate our customer experience and deliver market leading retail banking and wealth management solutions.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
A. Market Insights Deployment & Governance - Work on ASP and Local Insight team’s initiatives for localization and implementation plan.
B. Ensure House View from Asset Management and Global Research are fully utilised and implemented in local country.
C. Mapped out the communication strategy of Asset Allocation both on branch channel and digital platform ( Channel engagement in providing content).
D. The Wealth Communication manager create, implement and oversee communications programs, be it internal or external, that effectively describe and promote the organization and its products.
E. Manage the training and customer seminar schedule and ensure the quality delivery. F.Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets.
The Wealth Communications Manager performs a variety of tasks, such as the creation and development of print and online advertising, email marketing, web site management and content development, press releases, bylined articles,scripts for RM , corporate videos and marketing collateral, RFP review and development, marketing budget development and cost tracking. They may aid in the preparation of presentations and/or speeches geared toward retail banking customers engagement . Manage the execution of Asset Allocation Review including work closely with Product Managers, Marketing and Wealth Sales .

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
· Sound wealth management products knowledge. 5 years related working experience is required for the candidates.· Fund houses working experience will be preferred.
· Excellent writing skills both in English and Chinese.
· Outstanding interpersonal skills will be preferred.
