职位描述：
? 建立和维护总装区域质量体系，牵头进行车间体系流程文件的编写和维护
Establish and maintenance the T&F quality system, lead system document making and maintenance.
? 对总装文件进行管理，确保文件分类清晰，现场文件受控
Manage the document, make sure the classification of documents clear and controlled.
? 维护和更新工艺过程以支持创建生产工艺表。
Maintain and update engineering processes to support the generation of production process sheets.
? 根据产品进行内饰线工艺准备及实施，并进行相应的生产准备，包括生产验证组织，确定工艺过程，设备，工具等。
? To prepare Trim line process, implement and adjustment the process ,Also need to do production preparation based on product information, including production tryout organization, process flow confirmation, tooling and equipment preparation, etc.
? 在生产区域推动标准化
Drive standardisation within the production areas.
? 支持生产日常问题的解决和一般的日常支持。
Support production daily with problem solving and general day to day support, when required.
? 支持子系统团队过程并实施改进以提高内部和外部质量数据。
Support the sub-system team process and implement improvements to improve internal and external quality data.
? 支持“变更管理”过程，通过协调生产线，并支持工程变更。
Support the ‘manage the change’ process, by co-ordinating line-trials, and supporting engineering changes.
? 生产线工艺过程规划，文件编制，新增设备、工装确认与采购
To plan assembly process on production line, to develop documents, purchase and confirm new tooling and equipment

任职资格：
A) Basic Requirements：
- Technical, Economic or Organization college degree or equivalent experience.，
- Fluent in written and spoken English
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
-有整车行业总装车间3年工作经验，至少1年质量体系工作经验。
Experience in Trim Production within the automotive industry 3 years, at least 1 year quality system experience
-有汽车行业相关工作背景优先
Working experience in auto industry is preferred.
-熟悉汽车生产内饰装配过程及相关设备，了解汽车生产线现场和生产组织系统。
Familiar with car manufacturing process and equipment, know about production site and production organization system.
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
- Good computer skills in general including MS Office, Excel,
D) Personal Attribute Requirements：
- Have communication and relationship building skills, seeing the advantages of working in an
 multi culture organization where we can learn from each other.
