职位描述：
1、及时对应现场设备故障，并调查本质原因并对策，防止再发；
Repair failure immediately, management of the fault reason research to prevent the fault from occurring again
2、完善设备性能，消除设备隐患，提高设备综合效率；
Improve the equipment performance, eliminate hidden trouble , improve OEE
3、建立设备维护档案，对设备运行情况熟悉掌握；
Establish equipment maintenance files, and familiar with the equipment working state;
4、开展设备TPM活动；
carry out TPM activities.
5、支持工艺开展新设备导入工作，并提出改善建议并协助推进实施； Support ME during early stages of the project, to find negative and improve it;
6、深入现场对设备运转过程中存在的异常问题准确判断并及时解决问题。
Find problem during the working time and solve the problem immediately
7、持续学习新型诊断方法,不断探讨发掘设备存在的隐患
Continuous learning new diagnostic methods, to explore the hidden dangers excavation equipment

任职资格：
A) Basic Requirements：
- Technical, Economic or Organization college degree or equivalent experience.，
- Fluent in written and spoken English
B) Working Experiences Requirements：
-有3年以上相关工作经验
Experience within the automotive industry 3 years at least
-熟悉汽车行业设备编程软件设计及安装标准，能在设备设计及安装过程中提出有效意见及建议
Understanding of equipment programming design and installation standards, effective advice can be made in equipment design and installation process
-熟练掌握控制软件编程、运动控制、信号通信等知识，能通过软件迅速查找出故障点
Proficiency in control software applications through software find the point of failure immediately
C) Technical Skill Requirements：
-具有电工操作证书
Electrician certificate
D) Personal Attribute Requirements：
-具有良好的沟通技巧、团队合作意识和学习能力，高度的责任心和敬业精神及独立解决问题的能力
Good communication skill, team spirit, learning capability, sense of responsibility, professional dedication, and be able to resolve problems independently.
-很强的指导，训练和培训人员的能力。很强的说和写交流技巧。
Strong ability to lead, coach and train people. Excellent oral and written communication skills.
