The candidate should be experienced with retail store development tasks in sports-related industry.

Here's the JD:

Responsibilities
1) Retail development
2) Ensure space planning for new and existing retail stores by working closely with other functions of the team and brand HQ.
3) Control the schedule of store opening and update
4) Develop new fixture system by working closely with brand HQ and vendor
5) Vendor management
6) Frequently tracking on the fixture/POP situation and provide necessary support if there is an issue
7) Provide VM guidelines to retailers
8) Develop and work closely with sales team on in store training for store staff
9) Trade meeting
10) Responsible for the whole trade meeting process including and not limited to venue selection, set up and display by cross function cooperation.
11) Identify proper vendor for the trade meeting
12) Be responsible for catalogue and look book design with the help from other functions

Requirements
1) At least 3 yrs experience in retail related job in sports industry with vendor management background
2)Good understanding of space planning, fixture development, operation and familiar with building material
3) Experience in event management
4) Good communication, presentation and influencing skills
5) Good at problem solving
6) Entrepreneurial: able and willing to work in a small size start-up organization where versatility is a must and where one is asked to multitask. Can take initiatives
8) Creative thinking needed
7) High level of integrity and loyalty
8) Willing to travel
