职位描述：

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for GL book keeping, perform other daily accounting functions such as sub-ledger checking and ensuring AP and AR vouchers posted duly

2. Responsible for monthly closing process to ensure timely and accurate financial information to Group; Ensure the precision of accounts in accordance with the groups IAS and statutory accounting principles, Bureau Veritas administrative procedures and local group standards

3. Prepare statutory financial report according to PRC GAAP and monthly analysis/statistic filing independently; prepare the balance sheet reconciliation and ensure the protection of company assets according to defined guidelines

4. In charge of inter-group reconciliation to ensure that all accounts are reconciled timely and properly

5. Responsible for group reporting （Magnitude, Treso, Blackline etc.） to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Group

6. Responsible for tax return preparation & tax declaration and relevant tax application and reporting to Tax Bureau as well as others government authorities

7. Internal and external audit related job handling. Yearly filing & certificates update etc

8. Cooperate with other functions on varies requirements; Ad hoc tasks assigned by the financial controller

Requirements:

1. Bachelor above with major in Finance & Accounting, CPA/ACCA is an advantage

2. + 8 years working experience, including + 4 years GL experience in Multinational Companies

3. Familiar with PRC taxation, accounting rules and regulations

4. Good knowledge of ERP application to financial accounting, JDE is preferred

5. Self-motivated, good communication & negotiation skills

6. Ability to meet deadline and able to work under high pressure

7. Good command of English (reading & writing)

8. Good PC skill, especially in Excel
