Key Responsibilities:
？ Update shipment information into Oracle by manual daily per vendor’s shipment document;.
？ Accept system schedule changes daily;
？ Follow up Shipping Documents;
？ Create PO in Oracle, print PO hardcopy, audit PO hardcopy;
？ Other reporting.

Requisite Education/Experience:
？ Relevant degree in business or a related field.
？ Equivalent of at least 1 - 2 years of prior experience in a related manufacturing purchasing/buying role.
？ Good on written English and Oracle system
？ Outstanding Excel skill will be a great advantage even though the applicant is fresh graduated.
