Risk
Global Risk is a thriving and expert risk management function supporting HSBC globally with all aspects of risk management. The team actively manages a varied and dynamic range of risk types, including security, fraud, information security, operational, credit, pension, insurance, compliance, regulatory, market, reputation and geopolitical risks. All parts of the Global Risk team use their skills, insight and integrity to handle established threats and those they see emerging, acting to protect and enable HSBC to deliver sustainable growth.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:
-Analysis, gathering and monitoring of customer complaint trend in complaint handling system (HUS) and identify the risk points from the complaint volume change;
-Review the complaint cases in HUS and communicate with respective Global Business regularly to promote the HUS usage requirement and improve the HUS input quality;
-Support the preparation of all Bank level customer complaint related regulatory reports and management reporting to ensure they could be delivered on time with high quality.
-Act as HUS system owner to coordinate between each Global Business and IT department to maintain, design and develop HUS system functions.
-Review and manage HUS users for all Global functions and Global Businesses;
-Support team leader to arrange Customer Complaint Committee meeting on monthly basis;
-Assist to analysis the customer complaints information and report critical findings to management;
-Present the complaint data monitoring result to team members and business owners and come up with recommendations whenever appropriate;
-Support team leader to timely implement all relevant internal control requirements and deliver the procedures in SEG;
-Filing all the complaint reports, meeting minutes and decision summaries;

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor degree majored in Finance or Economics related.
-Minimum of 3 years proven and progressive customer experience or equivalent
-Strong knowledge of the customer service concept and its impact on customer relationships.
-Experienced in customer complaints handling or conflicts dealing.
-Experienced in effectively influencing and communicating across various business lines at different levels within the organization.
-Knowledge of the organization and its products, processes and pertinent regulations affecting their delivery.
