Regional Business Manager
Main role / Job Objective: be responsible for driving business growth in south china by strongly adapting DBS and daily management tools.
Territory: Shang hai, Fujian, Zhejiang, Hainan, Guangdong, Jiangxi
Main responsibilities and key activities:
◆ You will help each Graphic/Digital Fin. sales to identify opportunities, create right solutions, follow up and close orders
◆ Responsibility for meeting and exceeding sales targets in assigned territories or vertical segments
◆ Coach, train and support the new team member
◆ Leads & guides sales in taking proactive steps to meet or exceed overall business targets
◆ Formulates sales & market development strategies for assigned territories or products
◆ Utilizes effective sales management skills to maximize sales penetration through strategic planning & competitive strategies in alignment with corporate & regional initiatives
◆ Monitors & controls selling, order developments, pricing strategies, payments
◆ Identifies & recommends appropriate marketing events & road shows to regional marketing to capitalize on business opportunities. Thereafter, ensures sales leads are properly followed up by sales personnel
◆ Monitors & controls branch operating expenses in line with budget
◆ Ensures accuracy of sales forecasting through weekly reviews & updates of prospects with sales teams & follows up closely on actual realization. Fortnightly sales forecasting submissions to regional office
◆ Typical weekly time allowance: Meet existing customers and new potentials: 3 days (50% together with the sales people 50% on your own – 0,5 days meet Dealers or/and Partners – 1 day with Services and Admin – 1 day for strategy, research and reports
Qualifications and professional knowledge:
◆ Diploma or Degree in related disciplines (e.g. Engineering, Sales/Marketing, Printing/Packaging Technology, Business Admin, IT)
◆ At least 6 -8 years' sales experience with proven selling & negotiation skills
◆ At least 3 years management experience and 5 years sales experience
◆ Industry knowledge of printing / packaging is a plus
◆ Proficiency in English and language of territory assigned (Mandarin and Cantonese)
◆ Good interpersonal relationship skills with ability to handle multi level relationships
