1. 根据ERP系统的情况，对仓储科"非库存货品"实际入库与系统自动开票部分的正确性进行逐笔确认。
According to the ERP system, check and complete the result of auto-bill for non-inv item.
2. 对仓储科采购入库的单据与系统实际入库情况进行抽查（每周一次或月底前集中抽查）。
Carry out spot check once a week or centralized check before the monthly end for consistency between Receive tickets and system data.
3. 及时、准确地编制AP对账表：下载材料入库和退库报告，对非库存货品进行逐笔填写金额，以确保对账报告的完整性。
Prepare the AP report for reconciling with suppliers, download material storage and return report, write the amount of each Non inventory items to ensure the integrity of the reconciliation report.
4. 定期下载系统中的材料入库报告，与供应商对账。
Regular download "material receive report" in the system, check the data with Supplier's statement.
5. 系统填票：根据对账实际情况,对于核对相符的发票及时进行系统账务处理并确认部门费用归属。
Book the correct invoice info. in the system and confirm the Department cost attribution.
6. 根据供应商账龄表，合理安排资金支付：
Arrange the payment to suppliers by AP aging.
7. 预付业务：审核采购人员呈交的预付申请；待款项实际支付后，完成系统记账；待收票后，完成核销工作。
Check the prepayment application from Purchasing dept, after paid , book it in system; once receive the invoice, match the invoice with prepayment
8. 完成新供应商的系统建档、更新工作
Create and update the profile for new suppliers in NS.
9. 完成领导安排的其他工作。
Finish other works which be arranged by the management.
