职位描述：
职责描述：

1.项目管理：梳理需求，从0到1领导企业服务平台的架构设计、开发、测试、迭代。

2.技术研发：研究跟进技术走向，把最新的技术手段和理念带到产品实践中；带领团队攻克核心技术难题，优化技术体系，主持最核心的引擎架构、复杂策略架构开发，以及引擎的算法改进、架构优化；

3.团队管理：技术团队建设、发展以及技术氛围的营造，确保团队工作质量和效率；


职位要求

1.计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，c/c++/go、网络/操作系统、网络安全、算法和数据结构基础扎实过硬；

2.基层程序员出身得技术大牛，对技术狂热，踏实靠谱，主动性强，能真正做事，有创业精神，有创业团队核心成员经历更佳；

3.有支付、清结算及账务等企业服务平台开发经验；

4.具备架构师意识，具备高负载/高并发/高可用架构以及分布式系统开发经验；

5.一线互联网公司技术团队3年以上管理经验。 举报 分享
