Key responsibilities:
1.Manage banknotes supply chain meeting stock / inventory needs, stock limits and profit margins.
2.Monitor pricing with all counterparties to ensure best pricing and maximize revenue on customer trades in line with negotiated terms.
3.Work with Inventory Planning to anticipate demand and place appropriate orders with the external Banknote Market to support Customer and Network demand.
4.Ensure accurate and timely processing of all deal confirmations
5.Accurate rate setting in line with agreed contractual terms
6.Maximise value from existing accounts and acquire new accounts
7.Identify cross-sell and up-sell opportunities and pass them on to the BD team
8.Work closely with other function units internally to support the wholesale and dealing operation business
9.Ensure compliance with all relevant rules & regulations
10.Consolidation of customer orders on same lane to minimise distribution costs
11.Ensure accurate and timely reporting, particularly to external bodies
12.To manage FX exposure within set guidelines to minimise risk to the business
Required capabilities:
1.Bachelor degree or above, with finance related major will be preferred
2.Understanding of FX dealing and strong commercial focus
3.Excellent relationship management skills
4.Sound understanding of financial and commercial aspects of banknotes business
5.Excellent numeric skills and accuracy
6.Business Development capability
7.Strong PC and Microsoft Office skills, experience with Reuters or other trading platforms advantageous, Excel VBA skill will be a plus
8.Responsive, positive, be able to work under pressure
