职位描述：
工作描述/Job Description:
1.担任客户联系测试相关的窗口，包括测试要求，测试计划，测试解决方案和相关开发，
   Be customer project test contact window, including test requirements, test plan and solution generation,
 2.测试设备的安装和调试，确认和验收，测试工序的问题解决和测试产能优化，
Test equipment installation and debugging, verification and buy off, test process problem shooting and test capacity optimization,
3. 测试不良品和测试不良问题的分析和总结，提供测试相关要求的文件例如问题追溯，不良品分析/改善对策，FA 报告给到内部小组，
FA and test failures/issues analysis and report, provide all required test deliverable such as issue tracker, failure analysis/action, FA report to internal team，
4. ICT/FCT 等相关测试治具的设计和日常维护，测试流程的优化和良率改善，
    ICT/FCT related test fixture design and maintenance, test process optimization and test yield optimization,

岗位要求/Job Required:
1. 电子工程或其它相关工程专业的本科或以上学历，
    Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or other relevant engineering.
 2. 至少5年在移动/计算机/可穿戴产品制造的测试工程经验(3年左右经验可应聘测试工程师).
     At least 5 years test experience in PCBA / FPCA / mobile / PC / wearable products or other consumable electronic assembly field
 3. 普通话流利，英语书写流利，
     Good at command of written English, Spoken as well
  4. 沟通能力和表达能力强, 有团队合作精神。
     Good interpersonal, communication, presentation skills，excellent at team work 举报 分享
