HSBC Operations, Services and Technology is a pivotal part of the Group, providing essential operational and technical support to our global businesses and helping improve customer service and efficiency. HOST combines global expertise and technology to help keep us ahead of the competition.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team.

In this role, you will:

-To take responsibility of vendor Fapiao verification by incorporating the change from Tax requirement for Shanghai offices.
- To follow up Accounts Payable operation workflow with Group Services China Accounts Payable, support manager of daily operation performance monitoring and implement Accounts Payable Global strategy "pay on time".
- To support requests of accrual and fixed assets from Shanghai offices.
- To handle head office and other overseas HSBC entities cost recovery.
- To support Accounts Payable Desk Instruction Books review and operation guideline update review on request basis.
- To support HSBC Technology Services China Accounts Payable operations partially and as back up role.
- To take responsibility of daily e-voucher management and vendor invoice record management.

Qualifications

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor degree or above, preferential to finance/accounting related field
-2-3 years relevant experience in financial institutions, i.e. Account Payable/Account Receivable
-Strong capability that can work independently
-Strong sense of responsibility with good working attitude
-Strong communication skill and able to work under pressure
-Strong computer knowledge, Excel in particular
-Fluent in written and spoken English
