? Manage Area Sales Team and external distributors & key accounts to achieve sales target within the area.
? Network & coordinate with peers in the region to implement or lead assigned projects.

To ensure the team and distributors in the area fully compliant to BP HSSE and Ethics standards
? Growth
* Plan & execute the distributor, channel and customer based plan to achieve and exceed sales volume, turn over, A/R targets for the area from effective sales and distributor management
* KPI:
a) Volume
b) Turnover
c) Turnover/litre
? Efficiency
* Manage Area Sales Team to maximizing the customer facing and selling efforts thru the professional journey planning and use of scientific sales tools as well as ensuring the company's resources are fully utilized.?
* Ensure the sales tools and system (e.g. WCCM, TurfView Lite) is effectively implemented by Area Sales Team and distributors in the area.
* Coordinate with peers in the region to materialize the improvement opportunity in sales process and manage the changes evolved; also, to lead or act as the focal point for the assigned projects in the region.
* KPI:
a) Monthly business plan with major distributors
b) Effectively utilize and control Trade Loan, Shop sign budget in area level
c) Effectively utilized and control Tactical ASP budget in area level
d) DSO
e) T&E expenses within budget
? Customer
* Manage sales & marketing plans / initiative through distributors to the end channels & customers.
* Responsible for development and handle key customers in the area.
* KPI:
a) Customer facing time = 50%
b) Develop and implement customer plan (yearly)
c) Turfview application in Distribution
? People
* Lead and develop distributor managers in the area thru coaching, motivation and implementation of performance management process
* Build capability & transfer knowledge to the distributor sales team and organization, as well as facilitate the training, coaching & motivation of the distributor team.
? Ensures compliance with OMS and any supporting GDP's - e.g. Driving Safety and any local legal requirements
? University degree
? Minimum of 3 years in Sales and Marketing, with at least 1 years sales management or related management experience
? Good knowledge in China consumer goods market and channels
