职位描述：
1. Purpose of the job
- Assists from a quality assurance point of view in the selection and qualification process of suppliers and monitors their adherence to the imposed quality standards.
- Assists from a quality point of view in validation.
- Handle nonconformity parts and deviations of supplier, trace the result of suppliers corrective actions.
- Analysis approval supplier quality level in order to help their improvement.

2 Major accountabilities
- Contributes to the qualification and selection process of potential suppliers by
● analyzing and judging the quality assurance system of the potential suppliers
● evaluating the potential supplier’s production systems
Deliverable: ensure a continuous level of quality in supply from locally sourced products.
    
- Evaluates the potential supplier’s production (manufacturing & assembly) systems and judges whether these systems are able and capable to guarantee a supply of goods (raw material, components) according to the Companies requirements.

- Is responsible for handling nonconformity parts and analyze deviations. Follows up suppliers quality problems and quality performance in such a way (feedback loops) that
● incoming inspection can be reduced, or
● incoming inspection can be replaced by deliveries with certificates, and
● internal production is not jeopardized.

- Experience and knowledge sharing
Build and share knowledge and experience internally and externally in order to leverage expertise and performance level of the team and the broader organization.

● Sharing available tools

- Team management
Coordinate, plan and steer departmental activities in order to reach the departmental goals.
Steer, develop and coach department/team members in order to maximise performance and stimulate people growth.

3. Behavioural Competencies & Skills
- Thorough knowledge of quality assurance and supplier quality assurance
- Working at least 4 years in mechanical related position

4. Technical Competencies & Skills
Strong technical background on Steel and forging, familiar with steel mill process and forging process.
Familiar with steel and forging standard and norms (DIN/ ISO/ EN……)
Familiar with material inspection ( chemical elements/ trace elements/ mechanical tests/ metallurgy test/ NDT/ Destructive test etc.)
English communication with global team is a must.

5. Expertise
- Education level: Bachelor degree in metallurgy and equivalent through working experience.
- Years of relevant experience in area XYZ: At least 7 years experience in similar positions in raw material steel and forging area. (latest 3 years’ working experience shall be SQA related) 举报 分享
