职位描述：
Essential Duties and Responsibilities –
Working out with other members to set up new factory working flow and financial policy and process.
Leading all process of Arkal Tianjin plant all certifications application.
Setting up new bank account and arrange all payment and income
Payment controlling and scheduling.
Well use the accounting software, well book keeping.
Every month report for BS, PL, Arkal internal report, tax report and declaration etc.
Understand the business flow, internal control flow setup including revenue cycle, purchase cycle, inventory cycle, fixed assets cycle, treasure cycle and personal cycle.
Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date; ensure protection and security of files and records.
Ensure effective transfer and keeping of files and records, ensure general affairs of the company such as bills payment, Document collecting, etc.
Responsible for all invoices process with issued out invoices and received invoices and vaild with regulation.
Communicating the suppliers and the customer in order to ensure balancing account
Responsible for all tax related issue.
Responsible for all bank related issues.
Finishing the given tasks within financial deadlines
Coordinating implementation of financial rules and regulations.
Explaining staff members, clients, business partners, and associated about the billing invoices and financial and accounting policies of the company.
Finishing other tasks from supervisor.
Skills requirements –
Management and organizational skills, Knowledge of office administration.
Knowledge of relevant financial policies, laws, rules and regulations.
Knowledge of the relevant financial software.
Knowledge of economics and accounting process.
Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
Language Skills –
Good English: being able to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Read and interpret documents such as procedures and manuals.
Computer Skills –
To perform this job successfully, an individual must have working knowledge of ERP System and Microsoft Excel.
In addition - other Microsoft Office tools (ie. Internet Explorer, Word and Outlook). Issue reports and interpret them. 举报 分享
