Purpose of this Position and Key Responsibility:
? Deliver individual owned customer volume and yield targets.
? Manage sales pipeline, segmentation and its development.
? Form and execute team strategy and manage KPI performance.
Specific Responsibilities of this position:
Sales process
? Set role model for external sales on sales pipeline management
? Be steered toward the company direction and plan / executive sales activity and identify opportunities accordingly.
? Increase sales impact on non-controlled biz by driving c-t-c (Country to Country) dialogue and generate new opportunity / incremental volume.
? Ensure we have strong presence in our sales coverage area and sales business plan developed / executed.
? To identify account needs, opportunities and key buying factors for existing customers, and formalize those into account plans and strategies.
? Ensure high market penetration and actively participate in market mapping exercise.
? To identify big potential customer in the market and actively pursue them.
? Ensure development and maintenance of customer profile for major customers of the team.
? Executes PRN initiated campaigns timely and effectively.
? Seek to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
Customers Relationships
? Act as owner or sponsor of the customer relationship, including existing customers and potential new customers.
? Establish strong, multi-level, win/win relationships with new and existing customers (including main decision makers and influencers).
? Make use of senior management to sponsor and leverage high level customer relationship.
? Improve BCO (Beneficial contract owner) penetration and stakeholder management to enhance cargo control.
? Ambassador of collaboration with Customer Service, Operations, and Finance etc for terms and conditions agreed with customers in their contracts.
? Constructively and structurally feedback / escalate issues on internal process performance, aim to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Sales performance
? Be responsible for KPI items.
? To develop a healthy client base and robust pipeline.
? Continuously improve on managing account profitability.
? Manage forecasting/budget process to align with divisional goals.
? Ensure salesforce.com is well utilized to manage sales pipeline and performance target delivered.
Measurement/success criteria of the position:

? Capability in managing/enforcing enforces sales processes
? Capability in active involvement and proposal on new potential product/service opportunities

? Capability in sales strategy execution
? Competence in building strong and lasting relationships at all levels, focusing on decision makers and influencers
