职位描述：
Responsibility
1、 Organize and lead the cross-department lean projects 组织和领导跨部门的精益项目
2、 Responsible for procedure optimization and production process continuous improvement, increase whole process interface efficiency between and inside departments.负责流程优化和生产工艺的持续改进，提高部门内外部间整个流程的效率
3、 Implement operational excellence, prepare the production progress report and track the KPI of production. Analyze the performance of whole manufacturing. Find the root cause of quality, output, cost, productivity and make and track corrective measures.实行精益生产,通过月度报告，分析各项指标的完成情况，并制定和落实影响质量、产出，成本，生产力的改进措施
4、 Improve visual management，maintain KANBAN management. Promote 5S activities in whole company完善目视化管理、维修看板管理，在公司范围内推进5S
Requirement
1、 Bachelor's degree or above in IE, mechanism or related 本科或以上学历，具有工业工程,机械制造或相关专业
2、 Very familiar with the lean tools, like: Kanban, Standard Work, TPM, SMED, ect熟悉精益工具,如看板, 标准作业, 全员生产维护, 快速换模等
3、 Good English, can read, listen, speak, CET6 or above熟练的英语听说能力，CET6及以上
4、 Good time management and organizational skills良好的时间管理及组织技巧
5、 Good ability of communication, coordination and dealing with emergency. 良好的沟通协调能力和应变能力.
