Your role will include:
？ 70 – 80% of the job is dealing with Project Management + Assembly, Purchasing, Logistic, Warehouse70-80%的工作是处理公司的项目（80个项目/年），另外还需负责装配、采购、物流、仓储的运营工作。

Recognize the customer’s needs and analyze the technical feasibility识别客户的需求和技术可行性分析。
？ Sales support for competitive offers销售支持
？ Prepare proposals including calculation and scope of delivery for standard and customized projects准备方案包括计算和标准化交付范围和客制化项目
？ Synchronize prizes with sales享有销售奖励
？ Organize, coordinate and manage all the projects from order entry to final acceptance组织、协调和管理所有项目从订单输入到最终验收
？ Technical customer consultancy and service客户技术咨询和服务
？ Reduce the project costs by permanent cost savings降低项目成本
？ Support coating test in the lab支持在实验室的涂层测试

？ Regularly check the costs used for the calculation定期检查花费并计算

This role requires:
？ Mechanical engineering background
？ Experienced in leadership
？ Minimum of 10 years’ working experience
？ Practical experience in plant engineering, in mechanical and electrical construction
？ understand the manufacturing process and in particular what has an impact on the quality and which are the cost drivers
？ Experienced in project process
？ Good English skills
