Sales/Business Development Manager
Main Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to increase market share
Initiate sales plans, manage the day-to-day sales activities
Continuously refine sales approach to identify and target new business/sales opportunities
Manage the sales cycle, drive and preform sales/distributor management
Effectively communicate and negotiate with customers about technical and commercial issues, such as contracts negotiation and customer specific requirements
Develop and maintain good relationship with customers
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
College degree or above, in business sciences or related majors
Years’ Sales/Business Development experience in industrial sector, preferably in steel industry
Have background of industrial projects, auto parts or steel products is a plus
Technical knowledge is preferred
Cross-cultural knowledge
Experience in marketing distribution channels development and maintenance
Strong ability of exploring and developing new business/sales opportunities
Self-motivated and self-driven
Hands-on mentality
Pro-active, energetic and outgoing
Strong communication & interpersonal skills, a good team player
Results & customer oriented
Capable to work under pressure
Willing to travel frequently
