职位描述：
Main responsibilities:
? Be the first point of contact for the customer in all ICT requests for China
? Take calls/e-mail and register cases from internal customers (users / key users)
? Perform a first analysis of the incoming cases
? Categorize the incoming cases (incidents, change requests, service request…)
? Solve SAP incidents, Service Requests and Small Changes
? Identify the correct agent and dispatch the case to this agent for processing
? Handle simple requests by applying known solutions from a knowledge database
? Send and process customer surveys
? Interact with Users/ Key users, Peer groups in ICT, SAP team, BI team, Application Managers, Infrastructure team etc.

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or a related discipline
? Successful system administration, problem resolution and user support
? Good customer service rating
? Ability in working in a global organization
? Good in English (both spoken and written)
? Strong analytical, communication and organizational skills coupled with a strong work ethic
? Customer-oriented and customer friendly approach
? Results-driven with the ability to take initiatives, handle multiple tasks and shifting priorities and meet deadlines
