Key Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Store layout working for new/rel/ren (40%):

Working out all store layouts and space planning, with an aim to enhance the store image and drive sales growth;
Working out the renderings for the urgent projects if necessary during peak season
Organize & manager the vendors to finish the full set of drawings on schedule;
Follow the rules of the store design approval process

2. Projects schedule & quality management (30%):

Arrange the arrival of construction materials and furniture based on franchise stores opening plan;
Make sure all projects opening on schedule
On-site inspection for retail & franchise stores

3. Quality control (15%):

Arrange the designer and architect to do on site supervision and quality control according to the franchise projects schedule
Follow up and report the correction and renovation to meet the quality standard

4. Daily maintenance of the existing retail shops (5%)

5. Obey the company regulations (5%)

6. Relationship building with vendors and landlords (3%):

Establish good relations with landlords, including property management, security and engineering department, to help construction contractors solve problems and complete the project on schedule;
Establish effective relationships with furniture and construction materials suppliers, to ensure the on time delivery

7. Contract and payment arrangement (2%)

Requirements:

Education: College degree and above

Qualification: Min. 3 years working experiences in similar position

Skills:

1. Skilled user of Microsoft office, design software, proficiency in English

2. Strong skills in organization, problem solving and time management, good communication skill, project management skill

Others: Shop design, construction, and space planning; architecture
