职位描述：
岗位职责:
1. 领导公司的采购团队；
2. 组织供应商的考核，评审及开发；
3. 组织采购团队对供应商的报价进行分析比较，并与供应商进行价格谈判；
4. 策划降低采购成本，以及提高交货准时率的措施并予以实施；
5. 参与公司产品本土化的工作并负责其中物料采购的工作；
6. ERP系统中供应商和物料信息的更新和维护；
7. 就采购方面的事宜，与德国总部沟通和协商；
8. 与其它团队的合作。
岗位要求:
1. 大学机械或材料专业毕业，或具备同等学历；
2. 具有5年以上外资企业采购工作经验，其中1年以上的管理经验；
3. 熟悉金属成型和机械加工的工艺流程；
4. 流利的英语口语和书写；
5. 具有很强的沟通能力；
6. 具有团队合作精神；
7. 能够经常出差。

Job description:
1. To lead the purchasing team
2. To organise the evaluation, audit and development of the suppliers
3. To organize the purchasing team to analyse and compare the quotations from suppliers and to negotiate with them
4. To define and implement the measures for cost saving of the goods and to improve on time delivery
5. To participate in the company’s localisation projects and to be responsible for the purchasing matters
6. To update and maintain the information of the suppliers and materials in ERP system
7. To communicate and cooperate with German Headquarters regarding the purchasing matters
8. To cooperate with the other teams
Job requirements:
1. University education in mechanical engineering, material science or equal education
2. Five year’s working experiences in the purchasing department in the foreign companies, as well as one year with the management experiences
3. Familiar with the metal forming and machining
4. Good communication skill
5. English fluent in speaking and writing
6. Good team spirit
