职位描述：
Job Title:Retail Marketing Manager
Job Location: Shanghai
Responsibility
-Develop and execute the local promotion
-Develop and implement the consumer end campaign
-Track and evaluate the effectiveness of promotion
-Design and implement communication and visual elements in store for promotion purpose
-Work closely with regional sales team to develop and monitor regional promotion
-Work closely with own retail team to make sure company-owned retail stores have special retail marketing support
Oversee field implementation, in collaboration with Sales, store managers and dealers.Develop the comprehensive manual for campaign execution
-Develop the program to support both sell-in and sell-out result
Monitor the implementation of instore merchandising standard in all boutiques via sales support teamPlan and control the budget and resources
-Develop team capability to help achieve the business objective

Requirements
--Bachelor degree in marketing or communications related major
-More than 5 years retail marketing experience in foreign invested company
-Rich experience with premium consumer brand, durable consumer goods would be preferred
-Good knowledge of local sales processes and dealership working flows
-Solid experience and knowledge of retail operation and management
-Strong strategic thinking and planning capability
-Strong presentation skill and interpersonal skill
-Strong leadership management and good team player
-Hands on and attention to details
