职位描述
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Promotion management on non-exempt employees
In order to retain and develop non-exempt employee, set up the standard promotion system (A to B, B to C and C to D), implement, maintain and continuously improve this system.
2. Talent & Performance Management
In order to improve the performance management system, support HR manager and Sr. HR Supervisor to set up the competency model for all exempt positions, build up leadership models for all managerial positions with a goal of continuously improving employees' performance and competency.
* Lead the annual performance management process, including objective setting, interim and year-end review;
* Analyze and continuously improve the outcome from performance review cycle;
* Support managers to improve employee performance management, and take actions for poor performers;
* Provide consulting service to internal customers within Performance Management area as Advisor;
3. Attendance Management
In order to control cost and improve the efficiency, monitor, audit and analyze employees' attendance, provide the solutions and suggestions for line manager on how to control over time and manage various leaves.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in HR will be preferred.
2. Minimum of 3 years working experiences in the areas of performance or talent management, experiences in multi-national company will preferred.
3. Fluent verbal and written English, good Microsoft office skill is plus, skilled in Excel, PPT.
4. Effective Communication with presentation skills.
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
6. Being familiar with related labor laws and regulations.
